Meditate, relax and let it in!

Relax and let it in,
let what in, meditate and you will soon see.

I’m loving this journey that I am on. Over this past year I have gone so much deeper into the Law of Attraction and connecting with the energy of this Universe. On this journey I have found myself drawn to meditation. I have know for a long time that meditation is a good practice to get into. It’s very healthy for your body & soul. But I really didn’t know why and I really had no understanding of it. I did try to use meditation. I tried a couple of different techniques. I found that doing some NLP Guided Meditations was an easier way to get started. I was able to feel that connection to something more than just me and the room I was sitting in.

In these earlier attempts I did discover for myself that when I did get quiet and sit and breath and relax, that I was able to let myself go somewhere that was out there, out there somewhere. I can’t explain it, but I knew that I was not just sitting in a room in my home, on this planet. I was also somewhere far, far away from here.

And then this past September I was so driven, actually drawn, to enroll in Christy Whitman’s Light Body Meditation Course. I had no idea what it was all about, but somehow, I was so driven to it, so much so that I had to sign up for it. Even thought I didn’t know what it was all about. So I did. Well, it’s the best decision I have ever made in my whole life. And the way I even came to all of that is a story in itself. I’ve written a bit about that in past posts. About how my Rotator Cuff tear lead me to an Information Marketing Course that lead me to Christy Whitman’s Quantum Success Coaching Academy that has led me to her Light Body Course. Funny thing is that Chrisy’s Light Body Meditation Course is only offered to Graduates of the Coaching Academy. But, they sent the Light Body Course Invitation to my Class by mistake. And I found myself deciding to jump in on it. Christy only accepts 25 students a year for this and somehow I am one of them this year. Whooo hooo for me. I pulled that one in, thank you Universe!

So, in getting back to “Relax and let it in”, this is a message that I received from my Guardian Angel, “K” that is what I call him. That’s the name I received during my meditations. Since doing all of this meditation and really connecting to the energy of the Universe, of God, Goddess, All That Is, what ever you want to call it, I now am developing an ability to Channel. Thoughts and information just come to me. Sounds really out there, really a bit strange, at least for me.  And to be honest, I can’t really explain it or even describe it. It’s more a feeling, an amazing feeling. And as you know with Law of Attraction it’s all about how you think, feel and vibrate.

Meditate, it’s really an amazing space to be in.

You really do connect to something that is bigger than yourself, an energy that you can really feel, something you sense. When you meditate you stop all resistance, your energy is freely flowing and receiving. I have been manifesting lots of things. And I am really happy and vibing really well. But I have this strong desire to manifest a lot of money. I live well now, I can’t complain. I have a beautiful home and lot’s of wonderful things. A really great marriage, a wonderful Son, friends, pets, etc. Of course there is always more stuff you can get. But, I really want to be able to help others. Not that handing money to someone will solve their problems, it won’t. Each person has to find their own solutions, passions, and find how to be in alignment with all they want to create in their life. If you know about Law of Attraction, then you know that it is something that we each have to do for ourselves. BUT, it will give me so much joy to just help out even in little ways to relieve some pressure and help others to feel free and then I can also help them to connect to who they really are.

So, I have not made that leap into manifesting way more money to my life, so I asked my guide “K” to give me a message as to what I need to do, what is it that is holding this back from me. And his message to me was “Relax and let it in” Such an easy thing, right. You would think so. But it seems I have to work at relaxing and letting it in. This is why I have chosen to write about meditation today. Meditation is the best way I know of to be able to just relax and let it in. Because when you are meditating you are so relaxed, so much so that you can fall asleep. And when meditating, I have had some really great inspiration come to me. Solutions to questions or things that I was working on, easily came to me once I was in that meditative space. “Relax and let it in”. These are my new words that I will live by. So simple, so simple. Yet, sometimes, so hard, so hard.

Before I knew about Law of Attraction, if I had something to solve, I did not relax and let it in. No way, I worked it, over thought it, kept going, going, going, until I finally did get to a result. But, I did not enjoy the journey and knowing what I know now, it took way longer than it needed to take to get to a resolution or solution. So, these days, I do enjoy my journey. I am going with the flow, and now i just have to “Relax and let it in”

Can’t wait to write more about the outcome of this new prospective. So give it a try. Meditate, you will love it. Don’t try to hard, just sit, relax, breath in deep, let your breath out, quite your mind and just relax. If you find too many thoughts racing through your mind, just imagine putting that thought in a bubble and letting it float away. Don’t worry about thoughts coming and going. I actually find that, that’s when the best inspiration pops into my mind. Meditate, have fun with it!

Do you appreciate your Negative Thoughts?

Appreciate my negative thoughts, are you crazy?

negative thoughtsMost people don’t realize that your negative thoughts are actually helping you. They help you to know more clearly what you DO want. Negative thoughts create a certain emotion in your body. Emotions that you don’t really like. But your emotions are your guidance system telling you when you are headed in the wrong direction. So if you think about it, your negative thoughts are actually positive because they are giving you a hint. Letting you know that you need to pay attention and find your way back on course. So, I have come to appreciate my negative thoughts. Emphasis on MY. This is totally different from my last post having to do with other people’s negative thoughts.

Without negative thoughts you would have a hard time finding out what you would like better. You would pretty much stay stagnant or stuck in the same place. And you would eventually have a negative thought born out of boredom. We can never stop creating. That’s what we love to do. We love the challenge, even the struggle of achieving something new. Think about it, the last time you achieved something, were you so happy that you decided you didn’t ever need to create something new, or just something else. There will always be something more to do, something more to create.

So of course you create from good feeling happy thoughts too. For example I’m taking a course to get my Certification as a Law of Attraction Life Coach, I love it, it really makes me happy. So happy that I enrolled in an Awakening your Light Body Course. My LOA Certification Course will be over in April. I loved it so much and want to continue learning more and more so I also enrolled in this second course which will go on until September. Don’t know what I’ll do next, but in this case I was motivated by positive thoughts. But, that journey actually didn’t start with a positive thought.

There have been times when negative thoughts have served to make my life better. For example, I have (had) a tear in my Rotator Cuff in my left Shoulder. I teach Karate and have loved doing Karate for many, many years. When I woke up one morning in extreme pain unable to move my whole arm I was filled with negative thoughts. I couldn’t move my arm for a week, and it took a long time after that to be able to use it much at all. Well, long story short, It was when my mind was filled with negative thoughts of how was I going to go on teaching karate. Karate is my business, my husband and I have a successful karate school. Luckily I could still teach even with the limited use of my left arm. But, I couldn’t really train anymore, it was too difficult.

Appreciation for negative thoughts.

All these worrisome thoughts about this injury brought me to a decision to take an online Information Marketing Course. I thought well, I need to do something that doesn’t require me to be so physical, that doesn’t require me to be in Tenafly, New Jersey. Which is where my school is located. I started to think about finding a career that I can do from anywhere in the world. So, I came to enroll in an Information Marketing Course, which guided me to find my passion. Which is Law of Attraction as you probably know. Which led me to Christy Whitman and her Quantum Success Coaching Academy and also now to her Awakening your Light Body Course.

I am so grateful for the tear in my rotator cuff!  Imagine that! I didn’t think that at first, not for a long time, but it was the thing that lead me to what I am doing now. I absolutely love Coaching and I am thankful for my negative thoughts that brought me here. And a huge bonus is that through the meditations in the Light Body Course I have healed my tear in my shoulder. I am almost at full use again, now I just need to strengthen it.  It’s amazing! The Universe had a plan for me that I was not yet aware of. It took that tear and a lot of negative thoughts to bring me to what I absolutely love doing.

I’m sure you can think back to some time in your life when you were filled with negative thoughts. But, if you ask yourself “why is this happening” “what is it that I need to pay attention too here” “what is my emotional guidance system trying to point out to me“, if you sit quietly with these questions and listen to that voice inside of you, you will receive a message. Then you can act on that and turn that negative experience towards a positive outcome.

Can other people’s negative thoughts effect me?

Can other people’s negative thoughts effect me?

As for if other peoples negative thoughts affecting yours….
No, only if you let them.

As a Thought Empowerment Coach I get asked this question often. The answer is, you just have to stay focused on your own thoughts of what you want to create. And really feel the thoughts, live them in your imagination often, so much so that it feels like you are already living it to some degree in your real life. Meaning you can really feel what it will be like.  The more you do this and can stay in that space, the more you can in some way influence the one who cannot stay in the positive space. You may have an influence on the negative thinker with your positive thought.

If you are deliberately choosing your thoughts then you are in control of what you think. So you decide not to have the negative person’s thought take a hold of you. The key is to be deliberate about the thoughts you think. So when the negative thinker starts sharing their negativity with you, you can choose not to own those thoughts. You can acknowledge that the thought is the other person’s creation and that you don’t choose to create in that way.

We all create our own reality with our thoughts.

We all create our own reality and we can influence others by being the best we can be, it will rub off.  But on the other hand, it does work both ways, you can be influenced by the negative thought of others if you allow it, by not recognizing that the negative thought actually belongs to someone else. So, being deliberate about the thoughts you choose to have as your own is all you need to do. When a negative thought comes up you can look at it and see if it does belong to you or if it belongs to someone else. Release the thoughts that are not yours. Just acknowledge that it is not what you think or feel and that it is someone else’s creation and then let it go. Just like that. You might even think of putting that thought in a bubble and blowing it away.

For the negative thoughts that are yours you can change them by just thinking of a slightly better feeling thought. Don’t reach too far, it has to feel real to you, you have to own that better feeling thought. It has to be one that makes you feel a little bit better. Then from there you can find the next better feeling thought, and take it from there. Little steps at a time. Think the new thought and then ask yourself, “does that feel better, the same, or worse?” As you keep choosing the better feeling thought you will raise your own vibration and you will be getting in touch with your positivity.

The nice thing about it is that the Law of Attraction is always working so you will get more of what your are thinking about. In this case you will receive more better feeling thoughts. Isn’t that just so cool?
